Thursday, April 25th, 5:30 p.m. at the Santa Barbara Court House
lawn. Join the college chapter and other Theta Alumnae as well as
members of the community as we shine a light of hope for abused
and neglected children in our country. bring a friend or a family
member to help raise awareness for the work of CASA.
May
Senior Tea and Welcome as Alumnae will be held in mid May- anyone
with a pretty home to show off please contact me - it is usually
about 25 people and is pot luck.
July
July 4th "Coffee for CASA" project at UCSB Harter Stadium.
Booth set up and sales from 3 PM to 9 PM. Fireworks show 9 PM. Volunteers
are needed for set up, selling and clean up. Tickets to the fireworks
show included - families welcome. Large vans or small trucks needed.
Call Maureen if interested in helping out - it's a great show!

"Lunch Bunch" meets the 3rd Thursday of each month contact persons:
Alice McKee 569-2123. Brown bag lunch, dessert & beverages provided
just visiting & social time!!!!!
Focus Groups
have become a popular way in may Alumnae Chapters for members
to meet and share special interests: a book group, a walking group,
"Nite Kites", "Moms and Tots" (or Kats and Kittens),
etc. These can involve as few as 5 or as many as 20. If you would
like to be a part of a focus group, please contact Maureen.
